On March 23, 2024, the Peace and Freedom Organization in Mosul organized a workshop for the Voices of Justice Network in Nineveh with the aim of reviewing and amending the advocacy plan for the Power of Voices project. The work strategy was discussed, focusing on the most important goals and basic principles in implementing advocacy activities, which seek to cooperate with the Government and society in order to guarantee the rights of survivors and preserve the dignity of male and female citizens, especially when promoting their official documents in governmental departments.

The activity was dominated by friendly conversations in an atmosphere of coexistence between participants from different components of the regions of Mosul, Bashiqa, Al-Hamdaniya, and Bartella from different sects. They sat at the same Iftar or dinner table, which was not devoid of friendly conversation about the latest issues occupying the streets in Nineveh, such as the expansion of the city and the crisis of Demographics changes, national and religious identities.

This activity was held within the Power of Voices project in Nineveh, implemented by the Peace and Freedom Organization in partnership with PAX
