On a yearly basis, International Standard of Rights Reports, which evaluates the condition of the rights of workers, is conducted by the International syndicate Union for Workers. The 2023 Report highlights the challenges and violations faced by workers globally.

 

Accordingly, there is deep concern about the increase of violations and the rejection of the workers’ basic rights, which include the right to strike, the establishment of unions and participation in collective negotiations.

 

The analyses includes 149 countries and is based on international legal standards on the basic rights established at the workplace.
